BBC's Hit Charity, Children In need Returns tonight as We prepare to watch a Brand new clip from The Doctor Who Christmas Special! The A Christmas Carol Clip Airs just after 8pm with a New feature with Matt Smith Himself as two young fans will be seeing a exclusive preview of the episode.
